Plan ahead and purchase your parking spot for Fort Rock in advance! All advance parking spots include a guaranteed spot in Markham Park.

Single Day parking passes are $15.00 plus fees. Passes for both days of the show are $30.00 plus fees.

On Site Locker Rentals

Do you want a safe and secure place to store your things while you attend Fort Rock? Personal lockers with unlimited cell charging will be available so you can free up your hands and avoid losing any personal items during the fest. Lockers measure 18”h x 12”w x 18”d.

General Questions

Is the venue accessible for fans with mobility issues?

The venue is accessible. The festival is held outdoors in a park. There will be natural terrain to travel over, and if it rains it could become muddy. Email us at info@dwpresents.com and we will do our best to answer any further questions.

Is there camping at the event?

No, there is no camping or overnight parking allowed at our event.

Can I use a credit/debit card to buy tickets, food, beverages or merchandise? Will there be ATMs available?

Most of our food and beverage stands do accept credit cards. Our merchandise booth does also accept cards. There will also be multiple ATMs inside the venue.

Will alcohol be sold?

Yes. Beer, wine and mixed drinks will be sold to those with a valid ID.

Will there be plenty of food at the venue?

Yes. We are working with local food trucks, restaurants, caterers, and vendors to provide top-notch food, drinks, and deliciousness for all. A variety of beverages (including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) will be served all over the festival grounds as well in the General Admission and VIP areas.

What is your policy on crowd surfing and moshing?

Moshing and crowd surfing are dangerous activities and are prohibited. Engaging in these activities may be cause for ejection from the festival.

When and where will the box office be open on site?

Box Office hours are:

Saturday: 10am – 8pm
Sunday: 11am – 7pm

There are two box office locations. One located at each entrance. The West box office will handle sales and the Main box office will handle sales and will call.

Where should I park?

There are several recommended parking lots are adjacent to Markham Park. There will be a per-day fee to park in these lots. Be advised: there will be no overnight parking allowed on site.

What about the weather?

Monster Energy Fort Rock is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be given for weather. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos and rain boots.

Can I purchase a meet and greet for bands playing the event?

No, we do not offer any sort of official meet and greet packages for our events.

What time do the doors to the venue open and when will it be over?

Doors will open at 12:00pm. The show’s end time will be posted closer to the event dates.

What safety measures do you have in place?

The safety of our fans, artists, staff and all others at the festival is of the utmost importance to us. In light of recent tragic events, we are re-evaluating our security procedures for Fort Rock 2018 in conjunction with out private security providers and local law enforcement.

There will be elevated security for the event. Law enforcement recommends that we do not publicly comment on the specifics of our security measures; however, here are a few key things to know as you prepare for this year’s Fort Rock, along with a few tips on what to do in an emergency situation to help protect your
Own safety.

All festival patrons will be required to enter through security checkpoints and will be screened with metal detectors and/or pat-downs. Arrive early as there could be longer than usual wait times to enter the venue. Re-entry will not be allowed.

Please carefully read our list of prohibited items below. This list will be strictly enforced. In particular, we have strict limits on the size and type of bags that may be brought into the event, similar to other major events. There will be no storage for prohibited items, including prohibited bags. This is especially important for those of you taking taxis, UBER/Lyft, or are being dropped off/picked up. We encourage you to not bring a bag of any sort, but if you must, it has to fit within our strict guidelines.

Be aware of your surroundings. Familiarize yourself with the layout of the festival, including the exits. “If you see something, say something.” Public safety is everyone’s responsibility. If you encounter and suspicious activity, report it to a nearby staff member.

Last but not least, be prepared to follow instructions given by festival officials. If asked to evacuate due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, remain calm, be patient, and follow instructions.

Our goal is always to keep the show going, but everyone’s safety comes first.

Will re-entry be allowed at the festival?

No. Once you have entered the venue each day, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.

Which stage and what time will bands be playing?

A full schedule with set times will be posted about 2 weeks before the show on our SCHEDULE PAGE

What ages are allowed?

This is an all ages event. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age. We strongly encourage parents to bring hearing protection for their children.

– Monster Energy Fort Rock is an all ages event. Patrons of all ages require a ticket for entry.
– All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
– Tickets are not transferrable across multiple attendees.
– All Price levels listed above are available in limited quantities. Once each allotment is sold out, tickets will be sold at the next price level. There is no difference in access with price levels of the same ticket type.

Where can I buy tickets in advance?

You can purchase tickets online via Front Gate Tickets. Please see our TICKET DETAILS page for full info. There are no physical outlets for cash ticket sales.

Can I upgrade my GA ticket to a VIP ticket?

Yes, as long as VIP tickets are still available, you can upgrade to a VIP pass with Front Gate by visiting support.frontgatetickets.com.

I have an issue with the tickets I purchased. Who can help me with that?

I still have not received my tickets. When will they arrive?

I bought a VIP package and I have a child who is 5 years old, can my child accompany me into VIP with a paid General Admission ticket?

Yes, children under the age of five (who have a General Admission ticket) are allowed into the VIP area with an adult who has paid for VIP.

Can I get a refund?

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket sales. All artists and scheduled performance times are subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is rain or shine.

What bags are allowed and not allowed?

Can I bring a prescription medication into the festival?

Yes. If you present your prescription, medication and a photo ID at the festival gates, you will be allowed to bring it in with you. If you have dietary restrictions that require special snack or beverages to be brought into the show, you may do so when presented with a doctor’s note at the festival gates.
